Exotic Hotel 1999 yılının mayıs ayında hizmete girmiştir. Exotic Hotel konum olarak çok önemli bir yerde olup, Karpaz veya Mağusa bölgelerine çok kısa mesafededir. Adanın en özel kumsalları (altın kumsal, glapsides, bedis, malibu, turtle, bafra, vs.) hotelimize çok kısa mesafededir. Kantara kalesi ve Salamis harabeleri 12 dk araba ile, açık hava çocuk oyun parkının bulunduğu boğaz balıkçı limanı ise 10 dk yürüme mesafesindedir.
Otelimizin 18 normal ve 4 suit olmak üzere toplam 22 odası vardır. Bütün odalar deniz manzaralı olmakla beraber otelimiz evinizdeki konforu hissedeceğiniz bir aile işletmesidir. Otelimizin kıyı restoranın'da taze balık çeşitleri, ve diğer birçok damak tadınıza uygun yemekler, canlı müzik eşliğinde servis edilmekte.

Exotic Hotel, a modern construction opened in May 1999. It is situated at the privileged access point to the Karpas Peninsula National Reserve Park, which is rich with wild flowers, birds and other species. the spectacular mountain ranges and some of the best beaches on the island such as; golden beach, malibu beach, bafra beach, turtle beach, glapsides beach and much more are in your reach in minutes. It is only 20 minutes drive to Kantara Castle and 15 minutes to the ancient Greco-Roman city Salamis and medieval Famagusta. the nearby picturesque fisher port of Boğaz Village, where you can find a modern children play ground is in 10 minutes walking distance.
we have 18 rooms and 4 suites. All rooms have a marvellous sea view and are equipped with a bathroom, telephone, sattelite TV ( bbc world, zdf, etc.), minibar, air-conditioning system (hot/cold), blow dryer, safe and a balcoy.
communal areas include Hotel restaurant with 250 capacity, Kıyı Beach A'la Carte Restaurant near the Mediterranean sea where you can find any selection of fresh fishes, steaks, beef or chicken dishes, a lounge, restaurant mini bar, pool bar, moonlight bar on the pier at the middle of the Mediterranean sea where you can find nd enjoy unique exotic cocktails, swimming pool with 3 aqua slides, 2 for adults and one for children, private beach, waterfall and a fitness and game center.

Entry Requirements
A valid passport is required for entry.

Car Rental
Prices are excellent. You can hair a car with your driving license. In North Cyprus you drive on the left. Wearing seat belts is compulsory. All sing posts are international and the roads in general are in good state.

Currency
The Turkish lira (TL) is the currency used in North Cyprus. Foreign currencies and travelers cheques are accepted in bank, hotels and exchange offices. Most credit cards are valid in many places, and it possible to withdraw money with these cards.

Hotels & Villas
Most of the tourist places are currently centered around Kyrenia and Famagusta , but the magnificent Karpas Peninsula is due to be developed. There are five, four and three star hotels in cities and tourist areas and inns. Flats and international villas can be found at the seaside or typically Cypriot villages.

Language
The affical language is Turkish. English Language is widely spoken too.

During the summer period (May-October), opening times vary. For information contacts: the  museum  and Antiquities Department(0090392)227 29 16. During the winter opening house are as follows : 9am-2pm and 2pm=4.25pm. Museums are closed on National holidays.
